Resource Teams

CHI Health Resource Teams offer you experience and flexibility as you maximize your income while working on a variety of nursing units. Base rate of pay, standard shift differential, holiday pay and merit increases are given in an identical manner as for all core staff members.

Scheduled Resource Team

  • Because the Scheduled Resource Team is designed to value flexibility, anyone committed to a .6 or higher will earn premium differential pay.
  • Premium Differential – 10% day shift, 15% night shift.

Enterprise Traveler Program

Traveler Enterprise team members earn:

  • 50% premium differential.
  • 6-13 week travel assignments across CHI Health Nebraska/Southwest Iowa, earning either mileage for assignments less than one hour of your home or $2,800/month living stipend for assignments more than one hour from your home.

We are currently hiring:

  • Experienced Surgical Technologists, Nursing Assistants and;
  • Registered Nurse’s with Emergency, OR, OB/NICU or Acute Care experience

Variable Incentive Program (PRN/OnCall)

Professionals – RN, LPN, Nursing Assistant, and Mental Health Tech.
Commitment – 24 hours every two pay periods.
Availability – Must be able to float to all inpatient units – Medical/Surgical, Step Down, Critical Care and Behavioral departments depending on campus and system needs.
Compensation

  • Tech Incentives, $1-5 per hour
  • LPN Incentives, $1-20 per hour
  • RN Incentives, $1-20 per hour
  • Incentives are subject to change on review of quarterly staffing data.
  • Program commitments will be reviewed quarterly.
